1. Our Commitment
IgiChat is deeply committed to the safety and well-being of children. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content, conduct, or activity that exploits, harms, or endangers minors. These standards apply to all users, content creators, and third-party developers using the IgiChat platform.
2. Age Requirements
IgiChat is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. Users under 18 may have access to age-appropriate features only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, their account may be suspended or removed and their data handled in accordance with applicable law.
3. Prohibited Content Involving Minors
The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited on IgiChat and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind.

Content that sexualizes, exploits, harms, or endangers minors.

Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.

Content that facilitates trafficking, abuse, or neglect of children.

Sharing or requesting personal information of minors in ways that may endanger their safety.

Attempts to exploit, manipulate, threaten, or coerce minors.
4. Detection & Reporting
IgiChat may use automated systems, user reports, and human review to detect and address prohibited content and behavior involving minors.
Where required or appropriate under applicable law, identified or suspected child sexual abuse material and related information may be reported to relevant child protection organizations, authorities, or law enforcement agencies.
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these standards, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting tools or by emailing child-safety@igichat.com.
5. Parental Controls & Guardian Oversight
We encourage parents and guardians to actively monitor their children's use of IgiChat and to discuss online safety with them.
If you believe a child has created or is using an IgiChat account in violation of our age requirements, please contact us at child-safety@igichat.com, and we will review and address the matter appropriately.
6. Safe Messaging Guidelines
IgiChat's messaging and communication features are intended to support safe and respectful interactions. Users must not use these features to groom, exploit, harass, threaten, or establish inappropriate contact with minors.
Accounts flagged for potentially inappropriate contact or conduct involving minors may be restricted or suspended while the matter is reviewed.
7. Content Moderation
IgiChat uses moderation processes that may include automated detection, user reporting, and human review. Content or accounts found to violate these Child Safety Standards may be removed, suspended, or permanently banned.
Where required by law or appropriate based on the circumstances, IgiChat may cooperate with relevant authorities and child protection organizations.
8. Compliance
IgiChat is committed to complying with applicable child safety, privacy, and online safety laws and regulations. Depending on the jurisdiction and circumstances, these may include:

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Applicable laws addressing child sexual exploitation and abuse.
